It's pretty hard this time of year to eat well, what with so many shared meals and tasty treats on offer. I say enjoy the next week and all its bounty and come back after that twice as motivated! :) That's what I'll be trying to do...

well enjoy your Christmas and family time, then just brush yourself down and dust yourself off and you can start again, you have done great so far and I am sure you will get right back on track x
