sorry I have been AWOL but just caught up with your menu for the past week, your Christmas dinner looked delicious, hope you and your guest had a brilliant time. never mind the 1lb gain that will most likely come off at the next weigh in, onwards and upwards as they say, keep up the good work and pleased to hear your enjoying salads x
