2 1/2 pounds on this week.  Not great but not completely unexpected as I've resolved to stop smoking which has contributed to a lot of synful nibbling!  Will try to do better next week.  Really, I will! :)

the best of dieters have blips, you are still 1 whole stone lighter than when you started so I hope you feel you will be able to get back in the swing of things, good luck to you with both the stopping smoking and with the weightloss, all things take time and your on the right track
