Leftover Tuna Pasta Salad (snack size)

Chicken Noodle stir-fry with spring onions, tomato, corn, bean sprouts, Tesco Stir Fry vegetables, egg noodles, homemade stir-fry sauce (passata, ginger, garlic, soy sauce)
1/2 tbsp oil (1 1/2 syns)

Apple pie and custard
(Yes, I know.  Shocking!  Not much I can do about it now, just resolve to have a better day tomorrow!).

I think it can be good to indulge a craving now and then. I find if I don't, I end up binging and giving up, rather than allowing myself something a bit naughty but sticking to the overall plan. Well done on the weight loss :)
